NHG Certificate Program

Beginning Hypnosis (H101) - 30 academic hours

This course is designed to give students fundamentals of hypnosis as a science and working understanding of hypnosis.It is practical down-to earth training, concentrating heavily on the principles behind the how-to-do-it aspects. By means of supervised practice students will be trained to actually produce the hypnotic state and use it skillfully and effectively. Students will know how to unlock the secret to the human mind, rules of the subconscious and how effectively use them to become successful hypnotist while remaining confident, calm, and relaxed. Students will also get an introduction in the ways of dealing with pain, anxiety,boost self-esteem as well as learn the business aspects of a successful practice.

Topics Include:

• History of hypnosis and present day attitudes, application of hypnosis in various parts of the world.
• Hypnotherapy as a sub-set of Medical Qigong.
• Conscious and sub-conscious mind in classical Hypnosis
• Theory of Hypnosis state as alter state of mind
• Physical, Psychological and Energetic Aspects of Hypnosis
• Self-Hypnosis for self-relaxation, self-centering and grounding
• Emotional and physical susceptibilities and suggestibility test
• Recognition of the depth of the Hypnotic State
• Discuss a list of situations where Hypnosis can be helpful: smoking cessation, weight management, stress reduction, rising above phobias, overcome anxiety and anger, sales, sports.

Intermediate Hypnosis (H102) - 35 academic hours

This course is focused on in-depth understanding of the principles of hypnotic trances and their integration into hypnotherapy applications. Students will learn 6 important elements of a successful hypnotherapy session which will make them feel confident practitioners.

Students will also get “ready-to-use-step-by-step” blueprints for a number of different hypnotherapy sessions such as nail biting, smoking cessation, stress management, self-confidence, sports performance, and sales success - just to name a few.

Upon successful completion of Intermediate Hypnosis Course students will be eligible to enroll into our Graduate Certification Course.

Graduate Hypnosis (H103) - 35 academic hours

Upon completion of the Graduate course followed by examination students will receive internationally recognized NGH Certification of Consulting Hypnotist. This course covers script writing, image psychology, instantaneous inductions, assessment techniques for immediate problem solving, life regression, advertising and marketing instruction, how to get referrals, and much more. The truth is that there are many places where you can learn hypnotic techniques. However in this unique program we go an extra step to give our students all major principle of energetic hypnosis. And even though at first it may not seem as important, as you go through the training, you will realize more and more that this knowledge is the extra important key to the true skill.

Participants who pass written and practical tests will obtain a formal status of “Certified Consulting Hypnotist” from the National Guild of Hypnotists. They will receive a certificate suitable for framing and display, which carries the Guild logo, and they may mention this certification in advertising and promotion. Exodus9 is pleased to offer the professional Hypnotherapy Certification program approved by National Guild of Hypnotherapists (NGH).

Hypnotherapy Certification Program is a training for someone who is interested in adding new hypnotherapeutic skills to another profession and/or wishing to develop a practice in hypnotherapy. This innovative training goes beyond the required curriculum, infused with extra knowledge of Medical Qigong energy-healing techniques, the classes provide unique perspective that gives an edge to our students.

Furthermore, at Exodus9 we prepare our students physically, mentally and emotionally for the excellence in practicing hypnosis. Students do not get just theory, allowing plenty of time for building confidence and experience in our students. The course is presented in the universally understoodformat for students of all levels of education and experience.

Upon completion graduates will have the knowledge, skills to provide hypnotherapeutic sessions with great level of confidence.

Upon successful completion of the program, the student is eligible to take National Guild of Hypnotists certification exam. Students with passing grade will receive NGH certificate and will be eligible to practice as NGH Certified Hypnotist.

The scope of practice in hypnotherapy goes along a legal definition in the U.S. Department of Labor Directory of Occupational Title. National Guild Certification by a state licensed school means that student have been trained with a professional curriculum and earned certification with the older, largest, and most respected international organization of its kind in the world. The National Guild was recognized as number one in the field of hypnotherapy in the Congressional Record on May 11, 1993.

Program Objectives

Advanced Courses

Life Regression - (40 academic hours)

Personal Interview required. Minimum of 1 years of practice.

This unique course is open to all hypnotists, counselors, therapists, alternative healers, massage therapists, educators and others who are experienced in working with people in a healing capacity. Past Life Regression therapy has been effective in treating such problems as chronic fears and phobias, detrimental habits and cravings, suppressed hostility and guilt, depression, the fear of death, sexual dysfunctions. It is also used for understanding relationship problems. This course is highly experiential. All students are expected to give and receive past-life sessions as a part of learning process.

Students will learn:

• A variety of techniques for inducing past lives
• Choices of “road maps” to follow during the session
• Ways to interview your client both pre- and post-session
• How to chart and understand patterns of behavior
• Various theories about reincarnation and karma
• When not to conduct a past-life session
• How to overcome blocks and fears
• How to ask no leading questions and obtain fruitful information
• Working with guides and a person’s definition of the divine
• Past-life review
• Powerful techniques for using past-life therapy for deep healing
• Ethics of conducting past-life regression
• How to facilitate a life progression
• Exploring the past-life roots of present-day relationships
• The possible past-life source of your own patterns

Past Life Regression

Personal Interview required. Minimum of 2 years of practice.

Students will learn:

• How to help clients access all of the creative, leadership and social skills they have developed over dozens of lifetimes, and to use these abilities every day in home, office and social environments.
• How to apply PLR to such issues as animal fears, fear of stepping into ones power as a leader or healer, fear of commitment in relationships, fear of childbirth, fear of heights, and many others.
• How to use PLR to help heal relationship co-dependency, and many other relationship issues.
• Unique and powerful induction techniques.
• How to get details of past life experiences even for clients who have difficulty seeing or remembering anything.
• Discover and integrate past life abilities into the present life.
• How to help clients discover and heal the underlying causes of their present patterns of suffering and pain.
• How to use emotional release methods to maximize results in a past life memory
